Action Installation for Photoshop:

The files you have downloaded are zipped, so first you will need to unzip or extract them (right click, then unzip or extract all)...
(all computers are different, so if you need help unzipping, please google how to unzip or extract zipped folders).

Each action set is one file with the extension ".atn". You should install and save your action files to your hard drive.

There are several ways to install your action files.
After saving the actions to your hard drive, you can simply drag the .atn file into your open actions pallette, double click on the .atn file, or you can follow the directions below:

1. Save the .atn files anywhere you like on your hard drive. Make a file called "Actions" on your desktop and keeping all your action sets (files) there.

2. Open Photoshop and make sure your Actions Pallette is visible (go to Window...actions to make it visible).

3. In the very upper right hand side of the Actions Pallette, click on the tiny upside down triangle button and select "Load Actions" from the menu.

4. Browse to find the actions .atn file you have saved to your hard drive and select it.

5. Now your actions are installed in your Actions Pallette. (Don't forget to save them (below)!)

To save actions (so they appear each time you open Photoshop):

First make sure the name of the Action Group you want to save is highlighted in your action pallette.
Click on the tiny upside-down triangle button (upper right hand corner of Actions Pallette), and choose Save Actions from the menu.
Then browse to find your Photoshop Actions folder.
Your path may be a little different, but the path I use is Computer: C:/Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop\Presets\Actions.
If you place them here, they will appear in your Actions Pallette each time you load Photoshop.*
